Alan King, President of HB Morgan, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina (License #18424) He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee and a Masters of Taxation from The University of Denver.
Alan spent 31 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, primarily in their Private Company Services business. He was a partner for over 20 years with PwC.
About Merri Lynne Morgan
Merri Lynne Morgan formed Morgan’s Accounting and Tax Services nearly 35 years ago in Wendell, NC. She has been providing accounting and tax services every since to a large number of very loyal clients. Merri Lynne holds an Enrolled Agent Certification with the IRS.
Merri Lynne Morgan holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
